Only four months remain to obtain C&G2079 training and certification
From 4th July 2011 onwards, it will no longer be acceptable to rely on interim certification for personnel handling F-gas refrigerants. Engineers who only have C&G2078 certificates on this date will NOT meet the minimum certification requirements under the F-gas Regulations.

The award was in recognition of their innovative blended learning methodology of delivering F-Gas and ODS Regulations training for the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning sector.

Refrigeration Skillnet are providing fully subsidised training to job seekers from within the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Unemployment is one of the biggest challenges for the Irish economy with almost 450,000 people on the live register. This is especially relevant to the RAC industry with craft and related industries dwarfing all other categories of unemployed persons.
